- Notification preferences: Whether you have enabled push notifications and your preferred reminder time.
2. Subscription and Payment Data
All subscription and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any financial information. 3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Personalize your sound healing practice based on your goals and preferences
- Track your progress including coherence score and streak
- Send you push notifications and practice reminders if you have opted in

4. Data Storage
Your personal data and practice history are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal information. Your subscription status is verified through RevenueCat's secure servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. The only third parties that may process data related to your use of the app are Apple (App Store and payment processing) and RevenueCat (subscription management), both of which operate under their own privacy policies.
6. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, we may send you push notifications to remind you of your daily practice and to protect your streak. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
7. Light Pattern Feature
The Light Pattern feature uses your device's flashlight (torch) to create strobe patterns synchronized with audio sessions. We do not collect or store any data related to your use of this feature. The feature operates entirely on your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate data.

10. Data Deletion

We take the security of your information seriously. All data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features. We use industry-standard practices to protect any data transmitted between our app and third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
