How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, go to Subscriptions, find Resonance - Mind Reset, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You can also manage your subscription directly within the app under Profile → Account → Manage Subscription.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you subscribe for the first time, you get 7 days of full access at no charge. You will not be billed until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The free trial is available once per Apple ID. After the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the plan rate you selected.

Is the Light Pattern feature safe to use?

The Light Pattern feature uses your device's flashlight to create dynamic strobe patterns synchronized with your frequency session. This feature is not suitable for people with epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights. If you have any neurological condition or are unsure whether this feature is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before using it. The feature is optional and can be left turned off at all times.

Can I use the app while doing other things on my phone?

Yes. Resonance - Mind Reset continues playing audio in the background when you lock your screen or switch to another app, just like a music player. You can control playback from the lock screen using the standard iOS media controls. For the best experience with the Light Pattern feature, we recommend using the app in the foreground with your screen on.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

If you have reinstalled the app or switched to a new device, tap the Restore Purchase option on the paywall screen or go to Profile → Account → Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at support@bealtrd.com.
