Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Resonance - Mind Reset. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resonance - Mind Reset, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Resonance - Mind Reset is a sound healing and wellness application that provides access to Solfeggio frequencies, Golden Ratio harmonic tracks, guided pattern-breaking sessions, dynamic light pattern therapy, and personalized wellness tools. The app is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscription Terms

Resonance - Mind Reset offers the following subscription plans:

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for one 7-day free trial per Apple ID. If you have previously used a free trial for Resonance - Mind Reset, you will not be eligible for another free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. No Medical Claims

Resonance - Mind Reset is a wellness application intended for general well-being purposes only. The app and its content — including all frequencies, sessions, and light pattern features — are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced in this app.

6. Light Pattern Feature — Safety Warning

The Light Pattern feature uses your device's flashlight to create dynamic strobe patterns. This feature is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, photosensitive conditions, or sensitivity to flashing lights. By activating the Light Pattern feature, you confirm that you do not have epilepsy or any condition that may be triggered by flashing lights. Use this feature at your own risk.

All content within Resonance - Mind Reset — including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, user interface design, and code — is the exclusive property of Resonance - Mind Reset and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All audio content is either original or properly licensed for use within the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Resonance - Mind Reset is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resonance - Mind Reset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
